Broadband Doctor was started by several I.T. support technicians who, after working together for various internet service providers for many years supporting broadband users, decided that ISPs as a whole were not offering a sufficient level of support services to their customers.

We formed Broadband Doctor so that we can offer you the services that your ISP does not. We are the alternative to your ISP’s customer service department, and will do all that is necessary to make your broadband service work the way you expect it to.
